With the development of social economy, organic glassDisplay stands are also more and more loved by people. So why are display stands made of organic glass?
1. plexiglass is easier to process than metal materials.
Whenorganic glassWhen the booth is made into various shapes, it can form a complex product structure through simple processes such as hot bending and viscose glue. However, the production process of metal booth, such as bending, welding and surface treatment of the following materials, requires large-scale equipment. In addition to the complex process, the equipment investment is relatively large.
2. plexiglass is cheaper than metal materials.
Generally speaking, organic glassThe display frame is cheaper than a metal display frame of the same size. The reason is that if ordinary steel and other metals are used, surface treatment must be surface treatment. Now, due to environmental protection problems, the production cost of surface treatment is greatly increased, and in addition, the production work is complicated, labor and equipment are expensive, so the product cost is not reduced. If the display stand is made of stainless steel and other materials, the cost of surface treatment can be saved, but the material cost is greatly increased. The cost of the plexiglass material is therefore still low.
3. plexiglass is more environmentally friendly than metal materials.
organic glassMaterials are easier to recycle than ordinary metals, and the concept of environmental protection is stronger. In the production process of ordinary metal material display stands, surface treatments such as electroplating, baking paint or spraying must be carried out. These processes are not environmental protection, and Chinese factories with higher and higher requirements for environmental protection must invest more funds and equipment to produce these three non-environmentally friendly surface treatment processes, such as electroplating, baking or spraying.
4. plexiglass is more beautiful than metal.
Organic glass has a mirror effect, exquisite art, no folds, no seams, no sharp edges. Various colors, strong visual impact, good light transmittance of plexiglass, soft light, is the material of the display stand.
