First, look at the size of the factory. Orders cannot be completed as planned without a factory of a specific size for high-volume, high-quality orders. This will only delay the delivery of customers, and after-sales problems cannot be dealt with. If you want to find a factory of the same size, you can first consider on-site inspection. Seeing is believing, so you can rest assured.
2, look at the production equipment. For example, some acrylic products require laser or CNC. Please pay more attention to these two processes when examining whether the production level can meet the product requirements.
3. Proofing. After the factory inspection, the easier way is to make samples to see if the products produced by the samples can meet the customer's requirements. Many factories will also consider this issue, so they will set up a sample group to make samples. The foreman of the team is usually a versatile person who is familiar with each process. After making a prototype, he will connect to the production line to ensure that the products produced meet the requirements of customers. This is also an effective opportunity to show his strength and win large orders.
4, regardless of whether there is innovation ability and service guarantee, acrylic plate factoryIf the family wants to have a long-term foothold, it must always maintain the ability to innovate. Good innovation ability and after-sales service guarantee are also the foundation and guarantee strength of the factory.
5. As for the price problem, it is always right to compare goods with goods. Acrylic sheet manufacturers are the same, scale, technology, innovation ability, after-sales service guarantee are no problem. The price is also defective, the price can meet the needs of customers, so when looking at the price, we should also consider the purchase cost from the customer's point of view.
