acrylic plate factory-Profile characteristics
Weather resistance: Acrylic sheet has excellent outdoor weather resistance, which can be considered as the best of all plastic materials. Under normal outdoor use conditions, the acrylic board signboard with reasonable design and processing will not reduce its mechanical strength after 10 years of use, and its appearance will not change significantly. Color plate transmittance: high quality acrylic board will be in accordance with strict quality standards, to ensure that different batches, different plate color. Since the color of the swatch is evenly distributed along the thickness of the entire board, the wear marks on the surface of the board will have a certain impact on the appearance color when illuminated. Acrylic plates and profiles: pipes, ordinary plates, transparent plates, color plates, texture plates, solid plates, multilayer plates, grinding plates, corrugated plates, impact plates, special plates, national standard plates, ultra-thick plates, and color-changing plates.
Acrylic plate factory-application range
Acrylic sheet is mainly used for carving, decoration, handicraft production, extrusion molding, etc., and is usually used for billboards, light boxes, etc. PMMA has the advantages of light weight, low cost and easy molding. Its molding methods include casting, injection molding, machining, thermoforming, etc. In particular, injection molding can be mass-produced, with simple process and low cost. Therefore, it is widely used in instrument parts, automobile lights, optical lenses, transparent tubes, etc. In architecture, plexiglass is mainly used for lighting, roofing, stairs and interior wall panels. In recent years, the application of plexiglass in highway, high-end road lighting, lampshades and automotive lamps is also very rapid. With the construction of hotels, guesthouses and high-end residences in big cities, lighting buildings have developed rapidly. The organic glass extruded board lighting body has the characteristics of high overall structure strength, light weight, high light transmittance and good safety performance, which is better than inorganic glass lighting device.
