Why use acrylic swimming pool? What are the advantages of acrylic swimming pool?
Acrylic organic glass is a kind of organic glass processed by special technology. It has the reputation of "plastic queen" and "plastic crystal", with high transparency and light transmittance of 92%. The physical properties of acrylic determine that it is the best choice for transparent swimming pool materials. Compared with the thickness of acrylic resin glass and inorganic mineral glass, the impact resistance is 16 times that of inorganic mineral glass. So, why use acrylic swimming pool? The physical properties of acrylic determine that it is the best choice for transparent swimming pool materials. Compared with the thickness of acrylic resin glass and inorganic mineral glass, the impact resistance is 16 times that of inorganic mineral glass. So, why use acrylic swimming pool?acrylic swimming poolWhat are the advantages?
1. Colorless transparent organic glass plate, light transmittance of more than 92%;
2. Strong adaptability to the natural environment, even if exposed to the sun and wind and rain for a long time, the performance will not change, the anti-aging performance is good, and you can use it outdoors with peace of mind;
3. Good processing performance, suitable for mechanical processing, easy to thermoforming;
Non-toxic, even if long-term contact with people is also harmless. However, formaldehyde and carbon monoxide are produced during combustion.
Strong impact resistance, sixteen times that of the same thickness glass. Suitable for installation in places where safety is particularly required;
6. Excellent insulation performance, suitable for all kinds of electrical equipment;
7. Light weight, the density is half of ordinary glass, and the load on buildings and supports is small.
8. strong plasticity, large deformation, easy processing molding;
9. High recycling rate, which is recognized by the growing awareness of environmental protection;
10. Easy to maintain and clean, rainwater can be cleaned naturally, and it can also be scrubbed with soap and soft cloth.
This is why the swimming pool to use acrylic? In fact, the thickness of acrylic swimming pool requires designers to give a reasonable plan according to the combination of project size and customer demand budget. Quality is the principle, followed by aesthetics. Under the condition of ensuring quality, designers will give a better thickness of acrylic swimming pool board according to the site conditions. Under the condition of limited customer budget, designers can also add intermediate load-bearing columns to reduce the thickness of acrylic swimming pool board according to the actual site conditions, which may affect the overall aesthetics, therefore, designers are required to design an ideal scheme according to the site situation.
Use acrylic swimming pool need to pay attention to what problems
1. The temperature of the circulating water should not exceed 40 degrees Celsius. You must put cold water first, then hot water. Be sure not to put hot water directly into it, because it will not only cause burns, but also cause acrylic discoloration over time.
2. When using acrylic swimming pool, if there is any damage, polish the damaged part with 2000c terrazzo paper, and then polish with toothpaste and gauze to restore the original bright state. Remember that highly corrosive chemical liquids cannot be used for scrubbing.
3. Use acrylic swimming pool, do not hit hard objects, so as not to damage the equipment.
