The advantages and disadvantages of acrylic swimming pool share
The disadvantages and advantages of acrylic swimming pool coexist. Acrylic sheet has the advantages of crystal transparency, high strength, high light transmittance, soft light, clear vision, good chemical stability and weather resistance, easy processing, beautiful appearance and so on. The disadvantage is that it is expensive and is widely used in large aquarium projects, large aquarium, boundless, transparent, high-end clubs, private villas, acrylic swimming pools, etc.

acrylic swimming poolThe disadvantages and advantages coexist.
Some acrylic swimming pools on the market will appear yellowing and cracking after a period of use. What are the reasons?
At present, the use of acrylic plates in the domestic swimming pool industry is not ideal, and there are still differences in the construction and installation of acrylic swimming pools and aquariums. The pressure of acrylic swimming pools is constantly changing, unlike aquariums, but there are many people entering and leaving the swimming pool every day, and the pressure state is dynamic.
Secondly, outdoor acrylic swimming pools have much higher requirements for weather resistance than aquariums.
Third, to maintain beautiful, the requirements of the plate is not the same.
Some acrylic swimming pools will turn yellow, crack and even turn white after using for a period of time. This means that the aquarium plate is applied to the swimming pool and is still in an unstable state in the chemical reaction. Secondly, these sheets are not effective in resisting ultraviolet rays and outdoor aging. Ultraviolet rays are very powerful. If these problems are not solved in the design and construction process, the phenomenon of yellowing and whitening will appear, and the later result is the loss of acrylic strength, resulting in burst.
Compared with the latter problem, it is easy to be ignored. Acrylic board is transparent, customers think the product difference is not big, so do not choose carefully. In fact, every item has its grade and quality differences. The more transparent these differences are, the less obvious they are.
Because of its good permeability and strong impact resistance, it is widely used in senior homestays, clubs and private villas. Acrylic has a high quality coefficient, high transparency, light transmittance of more than 93%, and has good weather resistance, both superior appearance hardness and luster, can be in accordance with customer requirements to manufacture a variety of acrylic swimming pool.
Therefore, the different characteristics and requirements of acrylic swimming pool, the production and construction of swimming pool with new acrylic material. Strictly control the quality of acrylic sheet, from the formula to the production temperature and process. Acrylic plate is a kind of dynamic stress, but also to withstand the temperature difference between spring, summer, autumn and winter. The pool board will bear the interference of outdoor sunlight, air, cold air, temperature difference between day and night, seasonal temperature difference, etc. Therefore, there are higher requirements for installation technology. Post-maintenance and maintenance: Acrylic swimming pool in the use of the process, nearby shall not pile up flammable explosive goods, avoid acrylic swimming pool and paint, volatile agent, thinner and other strong organic solvent contact.
