Today, say.acrylic swimming poolThe construction plan of the project includes the preliminary research design of the acrylic swimming pool, the installation technology of the acrylic swimming pool and the later maintenance of the acrylic swimming pool.
At the beginning of the project cooperation with the customer, provide the customer with a detailed construction plan and quotation plan, and confirm according to the actual situation of the customer's project. Generally include: project overview, construction process, schedule, on-site coordination, post-maintenance and other projects, combined with the construction of the project, a detailed understanding of the process;
1. build process
Acrylic production → acrylic transportation → trench waterproof construction → acrylic hoisting → acrylic drop trough → plastic pouring → acrylic protection → end of installation
1. Production and development cycle of acrylic materials: Acrylic is transparent for our swimming pool in the air. The weight of a single acrylic sheet is 4.7 tons, and the production and operation cycle is 20 days.
2. Transport of acrylic plate: car transport to the site.
3. Notch waterproof engineering construction: A U-shaped notch can be used for installing a notch on the steel structure side plate.
4. Acrylic hoisting method: according to the site situation, this hoisting scheme adopts herringbone mast hoist hoisting method.
5. Acrylic groove: Make a relatively simple gantry, lift the acrylic material as a whole, remove the bottom pad, and slowly develop acrylic into an installation groove.
6. Filling and gluing: After the acrylic is in place in the groove, the seam is filled, and the bottom is filled with non-shrinking cement. The side filling will use some soft materials to expand and contract the acrylic.
7. Acrylic protection: After the acrylic is installed, we will check the installation of the acrylic surface packaging to prevent scratches.
8. Installation is complete.
2. Post-maintenance
Maintenance and maintenance in the later period: Acrylic swimming pool can be used in the later period. Safety precautions and maintenance should be paid attention to: During the use of acrylic transparent swimming pool, flammable and explosive articles should not be piled up in a nearby area to avoid contact between acrylic transparent swimming pool and paint, volatile agent, thinner and other strong organic combined solvents; Prevent enterprises from causing dissolution, softening and cracking of affected surfaces, and avoid sharp objects from scratching and contacting chemicals, thus affecting service life. After normal wear and tear, you can contact for polishing to restore the acrylic transparent swimming pool to its original state.
