Compared to the traditional reinforced concrete swimming pool, acrylic swimming pool has the following significant advantages:
1. high transparency: acrylic material itself has high transparency, clearly see the underwater scenery and swimmer figure, beautiful and generous.
2. high firmness: Acrylic material has high strength and impact resistance, even under high water pressure and physical force, can remain calm as usual, not broken, not cracked.
3. corrosion resistance: Acrylic materials can efficiently resist environmental effects such as ultraviolet rays, oxidation, acid rain, etc., and will not cause cracks, deformation, discoloration, corrosion and other problems after long-term use.
4. environmental protection low carbon: acrylic material itself is a kind of no poison, no radiation environmental protection material, in line with the modern concept of low carbon environmental protection.
Quick installation of the 5.: The production and installation of the acrylic swimming pool is fast, and the pool body does not need to wait for long-term maintenance after assembly, and can be quickly put into use.
Acrylic swimming pool is not a traditional reinforced concrete swimming pool, installation requires a special process.
1. determine the size and design of the swimming pool: the length, width, height and shape accuracy of the swimming pool need to be confirmed before construction, and the size of the steel frame also needs to be designed correctly.
2. steel frame: after the size and design of the swimming pool are confirmed, the steel frame is designed and manufactured according to the shape and size of the swimming pool, and checked according to the design template.
3. production of acrylic board: the production of acrylic board need to be familiar with the acrylic material production process, reasonable determination of air pressure, heat and other parameters, the production of a little negligence will affect the quality and use of the effect of the later.
Assembling and fixing of 4. acrylic plates: after making acrylic plates, splicing and bonding are required to make them meet the design requirements, and then fixing and assembling acrylic plates and steel frame structures, and conducting hydraulic tests.
Acrylic swimming pool in the use of the process need to pay attention to the following matters:
When using 1., avoid using too many swimmers at the same time, so as not to cause yellowing of the bottom of the pool.
